Largest parade of Harley Davidson motorcycles, world record set in Paris, Texas

Paris, Texas, United States--Adam Sandoval, a Harley enthusiast gathered 3,497 Harley Davidson motorcyclists in Texas with the help of Paris Harley-Davidson in Paris, Texas; the official count confirmed 3,497 participants and a new world record for the Largest parade of Harley Davidson motorcycles, according to the WORLD RECORD ACADEMY.

"The largest parade of Harley Davidson motorcycles is 3,497, was achieved by Adam Sandoval (USA) in Paris, Texas, USA, on 5 October 2019," the
Guinness World Records says.
"Harley-Davidson motorcycles from more than 35 states were present for the attempt, along with participants from Canada."

"A Harley enthusiast gathered 3,497 motorcyclists in Texas to break the Guinness World Record for largest parade of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Adam Sandoval said he started trying to break the record in 2010 and ended up with three failed attempts before Saturday's event, which involved the help of Paris Harley-Davidson in Paris, Texas," the UPI reports.
"Sandoval said he wanted to bring the record home to the United States after learning the previous record was set in Greece. "It became a personal challenge," Sandoval said.
"Sandoval was presented with a Guinness certificate after the official count confirmed 3,497 participants."

"Paris Harley Davidson alongside Adam Sandoval BROKE THE WORLD RECORD for the Largest Parade of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles on October 5th, 2019," the official website says.
"Patras, Greece held the previous record since 2010 with 2,404 Harley motorcycles, the new record is now HOME in AMERICA with 3,497 Harley-Davidson motorcycles!"

"Paris Harley-Davidson® alongside Adam Sandoval attempted to BREAK THE WORLD RECORD for the Largest Parade of Harley-Davidson® Motorcycles in beautiful Paris, Texas," the official website says.
"Patras, Greece previously held the record with 2,404 Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. But, on Saturday, October 5, 2019 we BROUGHT IT HOME with 3,497 Harley® Motorcycles! Registration proceeds went to benefit Motorcycle Missions, a non-profit organization benefiting Veterans + First Responders."

"On October 5, 2019, at the Cox Field airport outside Paris, Texas, there were Harleys as far as the eye could see. This was the fourth attempt to break the Greek record and it would turn out to be a success: the Guinness Book of World Records Adjudicator on site confirmed that Sandoval was able to bring together a total of 3,497 Harley-Davidsons, setting a new world record for the largest parade," the autoevolution.com says.
"The parade itself, fronted by a World War 2 fighter plane, was over 3 miles long. That is, 3 miles of shining chrome and studded leather, that made for one of the most impressive sights in the entire biking community. The videos available at the bottom of the page offer a glimpse at the visual spectacle and only a mild indication of the amount of organizational effort that went into putting an event of this magnitude together.
"Sandoval didn’t do it alone this time. He had the help of Paris Harley-Davidson and used all social media platforms for maximum reach. In the end, he was able to get riders from 35 states and Canada, totaling over 10,000 people, to make the journey to Texas and be part of such a historic event. And they even paid a registration fee."
