"It was a very very busy lunch time but the queuing system was so efficient. Servers were taking orders whilst you were queuing and by the time we got to the front, our food was ready. I enjoyed the criss cross chips and my sister thought her chicken burger was delicious. We were fascinated by all the different sauces you can get, Polynesia? Overall, the food was great!"

"Once my tween boys found out the world's largest Chick-fil-A was in Manhattan, they made coming here high on their respective NYC wish lists. We came here twice- once for lunch and once for breakfast. Breakfast was walk-up service and lunch was out of door.
