"Together with a few friends specialized in technology, in three months of hard work, I made a special device with a dispenser, which ensures the right pressure for each layer of honey, and with a system for quickly moving the slats to separate the layers," explains Iustin Marineac."

"A unique product on the Romanian market has been launched in Botoşani. The three-color honey was perfected in about 3 months and is the latest achievement of a beekeeper from Durneşti commune, born into a family that has been raising bees for 40 years. Iustin Marineac is 27 years old and inherited his passion for beekeeping from his great-grandfather.

"He gave up his dream of becoming a dentist when he was in his 4th year of college and chose to contribute to people's health with the help of bee products. He accessed European funds and developed, and his products have long since crossed the country's borders," the Radio Romania Actualitati says.

"The 3-color honey jar contains 3 types of honey: bee honey, acacia honey, rapeseed honey and polyflora honey, arranged in horizontal or vertical layers, in transparent containers and sells extremely well in European countries."

"After a period of testing, we reached the desired result. The three varieties also have different benefits, which makes the product a very valuable one, unique in Romania," beekeeper Iustin Marineac told StiriAgricole.ro.

"The three types, which are found equally in a jar of honey, are acacia, rapeseed and polyflora honey. "Acacia honey is known to be a very good energizer, polyflora is good for intestinal transit, and rapeseed honey helps, towards the end of the day, let's say, to detoxify the liver," the beekeeper from Botosani also told us."

"In a fairly short time, Iustin came up with a unique product in Romania, namely three-colored honey: "It is an invention of my own, so to speak, criticized by some of my colleagues in the guild and loved by consumers on the other hand.

"It is a simple mixture of three varieties of rapeseed, polyfloral and acacia honey, in the same jar, arranged vertically using a device modified by me, which allows me to create 40 jars in 6-9 hours," the agro-business.ro says.

"Since April 2017, when I launched this jar on the market, I have not seen another similar one until today. This product has been appreciated in many EU countries and sales have been on par."
